As part of its human capital strengthening policy, the Souss Massa Regional Tourism Development Company (SDR) is recruiting for the following position:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Project Manager \u2013 Audit and Management Control<\/strong><\/h3>\n
\n

Mission \u2013 Internal Audit Focus:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Promote an effective internal control environment within SDR Tourisme Souss Massa to ensure development objectives are met in compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.<\/li>\n
  • Continuously monitor the internal control system and ensure its coherence across the various departments of SDR Tourisme.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the updating of the procedures manual.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in the development of a risk map for SDR Tourisme Souss Massa in accordance with current regulations and frameworks.<\/li>\n
  • Develop and implement the (annual or multi-year) audit program in line with the directives of SDR Tourisme\u2019s Audit Committee.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct ad hoc audit missions upon management\u2019s request to support operational departments.<\/li>\n
  • Organize the intervention of the Audit Committee within a comprehensive and complementary methodological approach.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor the implementation of action plans and follow up on recommendations resulting from internal\/external audit missions.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare periodic reports related to the functioning of audited processes.<\/li>\n
  • Verify the compliance of authorizations and administrative and budgetary decisions with current regulations.<\/li>\n
  • Audit the awarding, commitment, and execution of the company\u2019s expenditures.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to defining the objectives of each entity in alignment with the company\u2019s strategic direction and its annual and multi-year action plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Mission \u2013 Management Control Focus:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Implement a performance management and monitoring system for objectives and projects within SDR Tourisme Souss Massa.<\/li>\n
    • Prepare summary reports and evaluation documents on the progress of objectives and projects across technical, administrative, accounting, and financial aspects.<\/li>\n
    • Lead the budgeting process through coordination with various departments and ensure budget control.<\/li>\n
    • Produce budget summary documents, cash flow reports, and progress reports.<\/li>\n
    • Contribute to the preparation of annual and semi-annual financial statements.<\/li>\n
    • Participate in the implementation of information systems.<\/li>\n
    • Set up and operate an analytical accounting system.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure smooth operation of closing and analytical reporting processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Strong knowledge of internal audit standards and frameworks.<\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in audit planning and execution methodologies.<\/li>\n
      • Mastery of tools for dashboards, indicator analysis, and reporting.<\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in budgetary, general, and analytical accounting.<\/li>\n
      • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.<\/li>\n
      • Excellent IT skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
