Procurement:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Propose a purchasing policy aligned with the company&#8217;s vision and development strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the preparation of the annual procurement plan.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the administrative management of public procurement files in compliance with current regulations (tendering, drafting of contracts, minutes, service orders, commission preparations, penalties and delays, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Provide assistance and support to colleagues in handling purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Gather and respond to identified procurement and logistical needs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with the internal procurement framework, aligned with public procurement regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Required Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Technical &amp;
