About the Souss Massa Regional Tourism Development Company (SDR S.A):<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The Souss Massa Regional Tourism Development Company is a regional development entity created under Organic Law No. 111.14 relating to regions.<br \/>\nIts main missions are to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the implementation of the national tourism strategy at the regional level;<\/li>\n<li>Develop new tourism products in the region;<\/li>\n<li>Promote the cultural and natural capital of the region;<\/li>\n<li>Implement projects related to its corporate purpose as delegated project owner;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the management and support of tourism products;<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage the tourism destination, particularly through digital tools;<\/li>\n<li>Mobilize the necessary resources to achieve the company&#8217;s founding objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>II. Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The main tasks of the Cultural Mediator include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcoming visitors, answering their questions, guiding their visits, and providing them with the necessary information about the Agadir Oufella site;<\/li>\n<li>Leading guided tours, workshops, and meetings tailored to various audiences (children, adults, seniors);<\/li>\n<li>Raising public awareness about the importance of heritage and its preservation through educational workshops and programs, as well as through the distribution of informational materials;<\/li>\n<li>Participating in the development of mediation tools (brochures, explanatory panels, digital materials);<\/li>\n<li>Assisting in audience research and promoting future projects related to the Kasbah;<\/li>\n<li>Staying up to date with cultural, artistic, and educational trends to enhance mediation offerings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>This job description outlines the main responsibilities and is not exhaustive.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>III. Desired Profile:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree related to heritage, culture, history, tourism, languages, communication, or equivalent;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a similar role;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of history and heritage is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>IV. Required Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Good proficiency in English and French;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of cultural mediation practices;<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>Solid general and historical knowledge;<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills;<\/li>\n<li>Active listening;<\/li>\n<li>Pedagogy and adaptability to diverse audiences;<\/li>\n<li>Honesty;<\/li>\n<li>Team spirit and sense of initiative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>V.
