As part of its human capital strengthening policy, the Souss Massa Regional Tourism Development Company (SDR) is recruiting the following profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Specialized Technician in Civil Engineering<\/strong><\/h3>\n
\n

Mission:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Monitor technical studies, construction projects, and infrastructure\/land development (VRD), and analyze their feasibility.<\/li>\n
  • Oversee the preparation of consultation files for contractors (preliminary quantities, cost estimates, specific and general specifications).<\/li>\n
  • Participate in identifying technical control requirements and closely follow up for each contract\/project.<\/li>\n
  • Verify the accuracy of plans, sections, and other technical drawings.<\/li>\n
  • Attend and participate in the opening of bids for studies and works tenders.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure on-site monitoring of the proper execution of works in accordance with the specifications, standards, best practices, deadlines, and budgets.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the preparation, verification, and signing of partial and final measurements, work statements, and financial reports related to studies, works, and control\/supervision missions.<\/li>\n
  • Represent SDR Souss Massa before external stakeholders and project partners (municipalities, administrations, etc.).<\/li>\n
  • Ensure the optimization of project implementation methods and resources.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare progress reports on project execution.<\/li>\n
  • Attend provisional and final work acceptance operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Profile:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Holder of a Specialized Technician Diploma in Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.<\/li>\n
    • Proven experience in construction works, infrastructure development (VRD), and various types of site development.<\/li>\n
    • Possession of a valid B<\/strong> driving license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n

      Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Strong technical knowledge.<\/li>\n
      • Mastery of infrastructure development and construction works.<\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in design and calculation software: Piste, COVADIS, ROBOT, AUTOCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Acceptable proficiency in Arabic, French, and English<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Ability to produce monitoring and evaluation reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
