During this visit, the Wali reviewed the progress of the tourist development works at the palm grove, a project entrusted to SDR Tourisme Souss Massa.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"629\" data-end=\"1023\">The first phase of the development includes the construction of parking areas and rehabilitation of existing basins, installation of restrooms and kiosks, landscaping of walkways along the <em data-start=\"818\" data-end=\"826\">saguia<\/em> (irrigation canal), and the placement of furniture and signage. The tender documentation for Phase 2 is currently being finalized and will cover the extension of the walkways along the <em data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1020\">saguia<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1025\" data-end=\"1372\">Located southeast of Taroudannt, about 30 km along the \u201cIghram-Tata\u201d road, Tiout is known for its unique natural, historical, and cultural features.
