Overview
UAT “Mouanou,” situated in the recreational forest of the same name in northern Aglou, province of Tiznit, encompasses an area of 24.35 hectares within the forest domain..
The UAT “Mouanou” development program aims to create a dedicated area for hosting plots intended for tourist projects. These initiatives will encompass leisure parks and various entertainment activities while respecting the surrounding forest resources.
The project comprises seven proposals centered around the following themes:
- Ecological tourist village
- Amusement park with café and restaurant
- Sports club
- Adventure games area
- Hanging forest
- Camping and caravanning
- Club featuring a café, restaurant, children’s play area, tennis courts, and body expression zone
The SDRT Souss-Massa oversees the design study and actively contributes to finalizing the architectural and technical studies. It has also established the specifications that incorporate urban planning, regulatory, administrative, and technical provisions applicable to future projects.
