Assif Nlhed Cave

The Assif Nlhed (El-Kandert) Cave is located in the commune of Tadrart, at the bottom of the Assif n-Aït Oulla, set within a picturesque landscape. Facing southeast, the cave contains several internal chambers. Water flows from the cave into the Oued Aït Oualla, while part of it is collected in a basin to irrigate the fields below.

To enhance the site and enrich the honey tourism circuit, SDR Tourisme Souss Massa carried out the necessary technical and architectural studies, which led to the launch of a development project for the Assif Nlhed Cave. The project aims to structure visitor access while preserving the integrity of the site.
