Paradise Valley
Paradise Valley, situated approximately thirty kilometers north of Agadir, is a major tourist attraction in the region. Named for its stunning beauty, characterized by palm trees, rocky cliffs, and crystal-clear waters, it serves as an ideal setting for relaxation and adventure. This site, part of the Tamraght River Valley, features steep canyons adorned with palm trees, waterfalls, and wadis. Renowned for its natural pools and waterfalls, this tranquil area is nestled within the mountain range, providing visitors with an idyllic environment.
The initiatives undertaken by SDR Tourism aim to foster sustainable tourism by preserving this delicate natural environment through multiple developments, including:
- Construction of parking lots
- Installation of light structures (kiosks and toilets)
- Creation of footpaths connecting parking areas to the water basins at the valley’s bottom
- Installation of footbridges to facilitate crossing the water basins
