Inzerki Apiary Development

Situated 80 kilometers north of Agadir in the commune of Argana, the Inzerki Apiary is one of the largest traditional collective apiaries in the world. This iconic site, located at an altitude of 1,000 meters, thrives due to its abundance of flora, favorable climate, and centuries-old beekeeping traditions. Producing sought-after thyme and argan honey, the apiary remains a symbol of Moroccan apicultural heritage.

To address modern challenges while preserving its cultural significance, SDRT Souss-Massa introduced measures to enhance its accessibility and facilities for visitors.
