About SDRT Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of SDRT Souss-Massa, the body responsible for the company’s administration and management, is chaired by the Wali of the Souss-Massa Region, Mr. Saaïd AMZAZI, while the company’s operational management is assured by its Managing Director, Mr. Abdelkrim AZENFAR.
Since its inception, SDRT Souss-Massa’s shareholder base and investment pattern have been broadened. It now comprises six main shareholders:
- The Ministry of the Interior, representing the Wilaya of the Souss-Massa Region
- The Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts and the Social and Solidarity Economy
- Souss-Massa Regional Council
- Agadir Local Council
- The Souss-Massa Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services
- Souss-Massa Chamber of Crafts and Trades
