Article X: Protection of Personal Data
No personal data is collected without your knowledge. In accordance with a privacy-first approach, the Société de Développement Touristique undertakes to ensure that the collection and processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with Law No. 09-08 of February 18, 2009, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

The personal data communicated to the Société de Développement Touristique through the contact form(s) is used solely for responding to the user’s inquiries.
This data is accessible only to the relevant departments within the Société de Développement Touristique, is not shared with third parties, and is retained only for the time necessary to process the requests.
This contact data processing has been declared to the CNDP.
