Communication meeting with the General Director of SDR Tourisme Souss Massa organized by the Souss Massa Regional Press Club

During the meeting organized by the Souss Massa Regional Press Club, Mr. Abdelkrim Aznfar, the Director General of the Souss Massa Tourism Development Company (SDR Tourisme Souss Massa), presented an overview of the company’s actions in the field of tourism development.

The presentation highlighted the main areas of intervention, namely: support for the hotel industry through increased accommodation capacity; enhancement of heritage through the rehabilitation of sites such as the Agadir Oufella Kasbah and the Igoudars; and the development of rural tourism through projects distributed across all the provinces of the region (Paradise Valley, Lake Ifni, Win Timdouine, Inzerki beehives, etc.).

At the end of the presentation, several speakers praised the efforts of the SDRT, while also emphasizing the challenges related to sustainability, maintenance, and coordination with other stakeholders in the sector.
