Commemoration at Agadir Oufella of the 64th Anniversary of the Agadir Earthquake

On February 29, 2024, the city of Agadir commemorated the 64th anniversary of the devastating earthquake that struck the city in 1960. This tragedy forever marked the history of the city and its inhabitants.

At the initiative of the “Izourane N’Ogadir” association, a ceremony was held at Agadir Oufella to pay tribute to the victims of this disaster. Bereaved families, survivors, local authorities, and citizens gathered to remember this tragic day and honor the memory of those who lost their lives.
